We had a great second week of school! I even got a wonderful report from our guest teacher on Friday, which is always nice to come back to. Well we had a fun filled week that consisted of doing math and literacy centers, reading books, playing with friends during choice time, reading buddies, Spanish, computer lab, specials, and of course, recess =)
Only a few updates for this week...
* Parent Information Night is this Wednesday, September 17th from 6:00-700 pm in our classroom. We ask that no children attend this meeting.
* Scholastic Book Orders went home on Friday and are due online by this Friday, September 19th. Please use the following activation code: LKVZW. I did notice that two order packets were left here on Friday, so if your child didn't bring one home in their Friday Folder, let me know and I can send it home this week.
* If you have not filled out a Volunteer Consent Form, please do so ASAP. We need to have this on file whether you plan on helping in our classroom or even just attending any of our holiday parties.
