First Week Information

Here is some information that will help make our first few days run smoothly.

Arrival:

- Line up at the kindergarten entry door (door #20)
- Wait for your child's teacher to open the door after the first bell rings at 8:15
- Help your child into the hallway by putting their things in their cubby, then a quick goodbye at the classroom door and head down to the gym for the welcome assembly. We will be following shortly. Starting Wednesday, we will work on a quick "kiss and go" at the kindergarten entry door!
- Remember to be positive! Your child takes his/her cues from you!

Pick-up:

- Tuesday is a half day with dismissal at 11:30.
- Wait outside the kindergarten entry doors near the sidewalk. We will dismiss children on at a time, to make sure each child gets to the right adult.


Snack:

Beginning Wednesday, please send two, individual healthy snacks with your child. Putting them in their lunch box or in a special pocket of their backpack works best.
